GENESIS OF TARGET PERFORMANCE

Target Performance is a consultancy by two friends sharing so much in common from childhood to present experiences.Their passion is their motivation to commit themselves to change the lifes of young learners using their experiences as student leaders and as proffessional teachers.
We focus on giving trainings to students, teachers and parents in areas that Uganda's education system doesn't seem to address yet our experiences tells us are powerful ingrediences to successful careers.
Aliker David Martin and Janan Loum Gerald grew up togather as childhood friends, attended the same Schools, participated as student leaders in the same school(St.Lawrence Citizens High School),attended the same University(Makerere University School of Education),taught at the same school (St.Lawrence Citizens High School) and later served Invisible Children.
After Invisible Children Janan moved on to United Nations Human Rights Commission and David moved on to BOSCOUganda.
As proffessional teachers with managerial experiences the need to continue in the education sector and work togather brought up the idea of starting a consultancy that could grant us opportunity to work on things that the organisations we served could not allow us to because it was not their mandate i.e managing the human resources in education Institutions to enhance performance. This was based on the conviction that the human resources in educational institutions are the most important resources in the realisation of quality education compared to infrastructure, equipments, learning aids etc.
We believe no body monopolises knowledge,so we welcome any body who believes in our intention to join us or support us in any way possible so that we can give young learners the best opportunity to realise their potential especially after being affected by the insurgenct of the Lord's Resistant Army against the Uganda Forces(UPDF) for over 20years.please feel free to share with us your ideas to improve education in Acholi sub region and northern Uganda as a whole
